The Palazzo Porto Platanias Resort is located in one of the most picturesque and colourful areas of the Chania region, 8 kilometres west of the city.

The resort has successfully retained its individual charm and hospitality and is developed into a popular holiday destination with a range of taverns, shops, bars and restaurants.

We’ve travelled a lot the last 6 years, and nowhere in Europe is there a hotel like this.

We’ve lost our heart to this hotel and this little town.

The family friendly hotel comprises a total of 140 rooms and was opened in 2001.

Facilities include an inviting lobby with a reception, a currency exchange desk, a lounge with a satellite TV corner, an air-conditioned a la carte restaurant with a terrace as well as a bar and a small supermarket.

Further facilities include room and laundry services. A car park and a garage round up the offerings. Younger guests may additionally let off steam in the playground.

This hotel is situated directly beside the beautiful long sand/pebble beach of Platanias. The town centre, with snug taverns, shopping and entertainment venues, is located around 800 m from the hotel.

good location, quite and good beach, nice bar on the beach with very friendly service sea view of the room just not a lot of space in restaurant for dinner...

Aghia Marina is located a mere 8 km west of the city of Chania towards Kissamos. It was named after a small church dedicated to St. Marina.

Excellent location and the hotel was one of the best we’ve stayed in.
