Malia Holidays Hotel -
Situated at the top of the main strip in Malia, the hotel is a large complex with a huge pool with pool bar. Rooms are very traditional with a Cretan theme, beds are set in stone and not moveable. Rooms vary in size but most are quite small, being only studios, so don’t expect too much. Facilities included are mini fridges for rent from reception, safe boxes and travellers cheque's cashed. Air conditioning is also available at local charge.
Being a hotel you get breakfast served daily, from about 8-

This hotel is one of the best in Malia, I went with 7 of my mates and not one of
us could fault it. The rooms are basic but for a young group of lads who were hardly
in their rooms it was great. Its located at the top of the strip very close to all
the bars and clubs. The pool is the biggest in Malia and the pool bar has good food
on sale. The bar inside the hotel is a good start off point for a night out and the
barman is very friendly.
Our room was tidied everyday and clean sheets were put on
after about 4 days. Fans cost 30 euros for a week which you really do need as it
is so hot.
I couldn't fault this hotel for young groups, best week of my life!

Me and my 3 girl mates went on a week long holiday to Malia and stayed at Malia Holidays.
The hotel is very basic with what you get but this is reflected in the price. You
will need to get a safety box which is extra and also a fan, A/C and a fridge is
all extra (which is a shame) they provide water for only 1 euro a bottle and this
is always cold at reception for you.
The pool is amazing and everyone is really close
and I got to meet loads of young people.

I stayed at this hotel Aug 2006 and did not think it was up to scratch.
The breakfast
was appalling and not fit for an animal let alone a human, and the accommodation
was something out of the Flintstones! Shocking is the only word I can use.
It’s nicely
located at the top of the strip but would not go again as its appalling, the staff
seem nice but that still does not warrant me going back again!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one week and found it to be very clean with very
friendly people working there. It is simple basic accommodation with a good sized
pool. Breakfast is nothing special but it is better then nothing! It is located in
an excellent spot for your crawl around the bars and clubs. If you like dogs then
check out the crazy mutt at the shop opposite with the strange teeth. You will know
what I mean when you see it.
