Malia Daytime Guide
Malia has some amazing beaches, just looking at the picture you can see crystal clear
blue waters and lovely sandy beaches. During the summer the beaches at the bottom
of Malia strip are packed out and each beach offers something different.
Most beaches
have a DJ and MC at the beach bar and for some there's no relaxing all day when you
can carry on partying all day long, as well as getting a great tan.
Here is a run
down of some of the main beaches in Malia, starting with the beaches closest to the
nightlife and main beach road it goes from Bikini Beach, Mikes Beach, Dolphin beach,
Pleasure Beach and now Malibu beach has gone the next major beaches are at the end
of Malia near Malia Palace.
The Best Malia Beach!
Dolphin Beach in Malia has recently moved and got even bigger and better. It does
Water sports everyday and at great prices. You can jump on the Banana Boat, Half
Pipe, Jet Ski, Half Pipe, Flying Fish, Water Skis, Pedal boat, parasailing and much
more.
Dolphin beach gets the Summer 2011 beach of the moment award for providing
excellent service and an outstanding clean and well presented beach. If you want
to stay entertained at Dolphin beach they have a slaps table, PS3, wide screen TVs
and much more.
The sun beds are well kept and the beach is cleaned daily. The food
and drinks are reasonably priced for one of the main Malia beaches and going here
is well recommended.
Of course there are many more beaches in Malia, and another firm
favourite especially with Malia workers is Pleasure beach and Bikini beach. If you
intend to work in Malia there are always beach jobs available. Watersports are available
on the majority on beaches but if you are looking for a quiet relaxing beach head
for Tropical beach.

All through the summer in the early evening you will find Fight Club hosted at the
Malia sports centre, its a no holds barred ultimate fighting contest held been workers,
tourists and locals in a safe secure environment.
If that isn't your thing then
why not try the Malia Go-Karts or even try your hand playing paintball for cheap
prices at the amazing Malia sports centre. Its on the road down from Petrinos and
close to the Sunshine Natalie hotel complex.
If all this sounds too hectic get down
to Malia Slides, the home of Sundance for some great days out with regular DJ and
MC battles. It also has a wealth of sunbeds and a few slides and rides plus a well
stocked bar. Every week you can join in party in the park with 18-30s. Its free
entry to Malia slides and you can get there via quad, moped or by collecting a coupon
at the Red Lion pub.
Malia Jeep Safari
Taking a Jeep Safari around the best places and rugged area’s of
Crete is an absolute must! The Safari Club having been running Jeep Safaris for
many years and your safety and lots of fun are all guaranteed. They have the choice
of 2 main routes, the first takes you to the beaches and coastlines of Preveli and
the mountainous gorges of Crete.
The second route offers you the chance to go into
the mountains of Lassithi where you can visit the cave of Zeus, visit Eco Village
where they make arts and crafts the traditional way of their Cretan ancestors. Also
included is a huge slap up BBQ with plenty of Free flowing wine.
