Catching a ferry to Crete
Although not at popular as catching a cheap flight to Crete,
ferry transport is still widely used throughout the world and of course in Crete
and Greece. Its very useful if your driving to Crete as its your only point of access.
Many
people who are thinking of moving to or from Crete will have to use the ferry, and
if your just looking to do our own thing and drive all the way to Crete, using a
ferry is perfect.
Ferries are still popular, as they run daily and are relatively
inexpensive. You can search for the cheapest fares to Crete using the ferry checker,
or just check the timetables from ANEK lines or Minoan lines. The two companies
mentioned are the main ferry companies within Crete and Greece as a whole. The timetables
