The rooms are basic but at the end of the day you are in Malia you don’t spend a lot of time in your room so don’t worry. decent size pool and bar . All the staff were as friendly as anything. The reps were all proper sound and were always there if any problems occurred Rooms were cleaned twice a week and were very clean. Only criticism with the room is no toilet paper left on arrival. If you want a quiet boring holiday then don't go to Malia but if your as lively as me stay in this apartment and have the best holiday ever. Thanks guys for a truly amazing holiday.

Yes the hotel is basic, but you get what you pay for... If I had wanted 5***** accom I would have paid for it, but when your whole holiday costs £140 you have to expect it to be the basics.

I think the location of the hotel is lovely...not far from the strip but far enough if u wanted to stay in at night noise free...and it was nice to see the little village and the local people are so sweet..

Went to the Patricia studios we were a bit apprehensive with it been in the old part but there was no problem as we got sleep after our nights out

The apartments were all clean spacious and had recently been refurbished unlike some other apartments we have stayed in in Malia they also had safety deposit boxes to keep all passports etc in, the staff were all lovely and very helpful there's no pool but there is full access to the pool area in the oasis apartments which is absolutely fantastic and perfect to get a tan.

Malia itself was a gr8 place plenty to do for all age ranges and excellent for clubbing holidays i would recommend to you try the factory the foam party's are fab there's also a lot of nice restaurants to eat in to and also quite cheap,

Overall i would recommend Malia and the Patricia apartments we couldn't fault anything

Brilliant holiday! Went to Malia in Crete and stayed at the Patricia Apartments for two weeks. We met some fabulous friends, who we are still keeping in touch with. Nice walk to the beach, and the night life... you can't go wrong! Brilliant value for money! P.S We've booked for next year already!

Fanourakis Apt's are just 40 minutes taxi drive from Heraklion Airport and taxi’s can be booked before travel.

Fanourakis Apartments sit just 4 minutes stroll from Malia main strip and all the bars, nightclubs and restaurants.

The nearest supermarket is just 5 minutes walk away with another smaller one round the corner

The main beach of Malia is just 10-15 minutes stroll down the main strip.

Fanourakis Apartments form part of “Oasis Village Area” in the Old Town of Malia. The apartments sit just 4-5 minutes walk away from the main strip and Malia nightlife.

The rooms are comfortable and offer basic self catering facilities and a great place to relax after a hectic night out in Malia. Every room has either a sea view, town or countryside view and the area is very quiet so you can relax at night or during the day. Just round the corner you have full use of Oasis Village Complex pool, including 24 hour bar, games room and internet cafe.

The self catering apartments form part of Oasis Village Area which also includes Patricia Apartments and Oasis Village Complex. All run by the same family these apartments form an excellent complex in the Old Town and are popular destinations to stay year on year.

The apartments have recently been renovated and upgraded and sit close to the main beach road of Malia, which means your only a few minutes walk into the party atmosphere of Malia but just far enough away to make sure you get a good nights sleep.

The apartments include large spacious rooms each with a private balcony overlooking some well kept palm tree gardens and the beautiful Old Town with higher rooms commanding sea views. The rooms in Fanourakis consist of large apartments sleeping up to 3 people and studios sleeping up to 2 people. Rooms come with either single or double beds which can be requested upon booking.

Fanourakis being part of Oasis Village Area has the full use of Oasis Village Complex and its 24 hour bar, games room, internet cafe, snack bar and the large swimming pool with additional kids pool.
