Malia & Hersonissos Prices
The best places to go clubbing?
This really is no contest, there are 2 places in Crete depending on your music tastes,
the first being Malia, situated on the east coast of Crete, this is the destination
for thousands of young holiday makers every year. It is mainly an 18-
Music ranges from RnB to funky house, old school dance music and of course cheesy disco music. Some bars we can personally recommend have to be Midway Bar, Banana Club, Factory, London bar, Jumpin Jaks, Zig Zags, Yiassou Melon Bar, Premier Bar plus many many more.
Drink offers range from 2 for 1 on most drinks, this is every night, plus free shots. Closing times are about 4 in the morning with some open till 6 am and some 24 hours. If you cant get away from the drink then Petrino’s 24 hour bar is a must.
For the sun worshippers there are plenty of beach bars, from Dolphin, Agapi, Pleasure and Mikes beach, all playing great music and cheap sun beds.
A varied and colourful resort, this is where all the people who like dance music, trance and house music come. This resort is very popular with the Dutch, Irish and Italians and you will find many Dutch bars alongside Irish and English themed bars.
Clubs here are bigger than that of Malia and the atmosphere is still as friendly, drink prices are a little more expensive than that of Malia but some say the quality is better, especially the cocktails. The biggest clubs are on the main road and a few situated on the actual beachfront of Hersonissos itself.
For Hersonissos drink prices add an extra 50p to 75p to the price list, but in most
places you still get BOGOF deals. Its free entry into all of the clubs also, which
applies to Malia. Another good thing is you don’t have to stand outside and smoke
as there is no smoking ban in Crete bars , clubs or restaurants.

Malia Club of the Moment!
The hottest club in Malia has to be the Factory, it has
weekly foam parties, free bars, strippers, dancers and plays some of the best tracks
in Malia. If your into funky house, RnB or Old Skool then the factory is the place
to visit.
Malia Beach of the Moment!
Dolphin beach offers you somewhere to sleep off the hangover
from the night before, with great bar staff to keep you entertained, sunbeds are
reasonably priced and the beach just sits off Malia island. Make sure you book the
BBQ!!!
Malia Hotel of the Moment!
Set back in the Old Town of Malia, there's nothing old
about Oasis Village, lively days and nights with excellent rooms and a great welcome.
24 hour bar all through the summer this is the place to be. You can book the hotel

Malia
Malia is one of the top clubbing destinations in the Med, its been the main party
resort in Crete since 1993 and is getting bigger and better every year. Funky house
and RnB is huge in Malia and the clubs mentioned above are some of the best places

Hersonissos
Hersonissos Club of the Moment!
Check out Amnesia Club with DJ Billy, this club has
great atmosphere, a hilarious DJ and some good deals on drinks. If your visiting
Hersonissos you will spend many nights in this place....
Hersonissos Beach of the Moment!
It has to be Star beach and Waterpark, with top DJs
playing here all summer the atmosphere is tremendous. Drinks are well prices the
beach is huge and there are so many pools and slides to use. Also dont forget the
bungee rocket!!
Hersonissos Club of the Moment!
Status Club on the beachfront is another excellent
club to visit in Hersonissos, great music all through the night, cheap drinks with

Average Temperatures
Like all of Crete, Malia and Hersonissos are blessed with hot hot Summers. The hottest and busiest time to go to either of these resorts has to be July and August. Temperatures in August rise to a sweltering 35 to 40 degrees centigrade
