How to book one of our hotels
Please note all bookings are now through our preferred partners
The booking system on Holidays2Crete is easy to use but we have provided a graphical view to help out guests who may need a little more clarification. View below each part with explanations written in text. Please note this is only for use when booking a hotel we directly advertise for use with our Avvio booking system. As of February 2012 we don’t currently offer this as all holidays must be booked through our preferred affiliate partners.
Stage 1
You have navigated to your chosen hotel, select the dates you want to check
availability on and the number of nights stay and click “Book Online”
Stage 2
If the boxes appear in Green it means there is full availability on your chosen dates
for the room types (In this case a 2 bedroom suite and a 3 bedroom suite are available.
All prices are per room per day. Click on the green box of the date you want to
start your holiday.
Stage 3
Select the number of nights stay you require in the popup box that appears and how many rooms you would like to book (Usually this is just 1 room) Then click Book Now.
Stage 4
In this example the room can sleep up to 4 people, so you can add a maximum of 4 people to the booking. This screen also tells you the price of the room per night. Also a brief description of the room is given. To continue click “Proceed to Booking”
Stage 5
The screen below tell you the full price of the holiday for 1 week in this case. This is the total price for 4 people staying in the room, no taxes or supplements will be added. We require 15% of the total room cost to be paid online and the remaining amount can be paid on arrival at your chosen hotel in GBP or Euro. It is classed as an Avvio Booking Deposit but this is 15% of your holiday pre paid. We do take smaller deposits or payment in full, just contact us here.
Stage 6
On the same screen as Stage 5 you will be required to enter your contact details and address. Please make sure these are all accurate as your confirmation will be sent by email and the Credit Card details below will require an accurate address match.
Stage 7
Finally you will be required to enter your credit card details. Please insert
these accurately or the transaction will fail. All payments sent through Holidays2Crete.com
and Avvio.com servers are 100% secure and guaranteed by C.O.M.O.D.O secure SSL services
up to the value of $10,000 or £5000. Tick the box to agree to our terms and conditions
and also that of Avvio’s Terms and Conditions. Finally click “Complete Reservation”
and you will be sent a confirmation email with 5 minutes. We we also contact you
with transfer details. Please make sure you keep your booking confirmation safe
and print off a copy for your records.
