Athina Luxury Villas is a complex
of three luxury villas that have been built on the highest point of a traditional
little village, Xamoudochori, in an extraordinary natural environment of 6 acres
,surrounded by lavish greenery, close to the tourist resort of Platanias in the picturesque
city of Chania.
The villa's staff are discreet and polite and will help you make your
holiday plans as easy as possible by providing you with additional information on
the most interesting places to visit around the area of Xamoudochori and Platanias.
Kissos, Myrtia and Rodia are independent two-

Xamoudochori is easily accessed through the local road network and the National Road.
The owner has stated that car hire is essential.
When arriving from Chania (or Heraklion) and following the seashore local road (Kissamou
Str), we go through Platanias, Gerani and when entering Maleme we turn left to Xamoudochori
( 3 km).
Athina Luxury Villas are situated after the last turn of the old village
of Xamoudochori and there are also road signs that will direct you accordingly.

Location of the Villa
The traditional village of Xamoudochori is located 3km southwest of the historic village of Maleme and just 5 km away from the seaside region of Platanias which is an especially tourist destination during summer.
The village of Platanias is famous for its many restaurants, bars and clubs. Its seaside and beach, which offers a wealth of watersports. Although Athina Luxury Villas have been built on the highest point of Xamoudochori so that their guests can enjoy their privacy, quietness and the panoramic view, they are just a stone's throw away from the cosmopolitan city centre of Chania.
Chania is perfect for those wanting to experience the hustle and bustle of Greek
markets and enjoy a coffee or frappe on a waterside cafe.
The whole area is excellent
for walking, fishing, hiking, biking and taking in some sightseeing tours like Samaria
Gorge and the many boat trips on offer in Platanias.
